#### 26 Full incentive amount for standard dwelling (1) The amount of the incentive for an approved rental dwelling other than a subsidiary dwelling, for a full NRAS year is: (a) for the period beginning on 1 July 2008 and ending on 30 April 2009—$5 000; and (b) for the year beginning on 1 May 2009—the amount of $6 000, indexed in accordance with the NRAS incentive index. (2) For each subsequent year beginning 1 May, the amount of the incentive is the amount for the previous year indexed in accordance with the NRAS incentive index.
