#### 23B Application to vary dwelling’s location or style (1) An application to vary a rental dwelling’s location or style must not be made under regulation 23A after the transitional period. (2) Despite subregulation (1), an application to vary a rental dwelling’s location may be made after the transitional period if, because of a natural disaster, the dwelling cannot be built: (a) in the location specified in the conditions of the reservation relating to the dwelling; or (b) if that location has been varied under this Division—in the varied location.
