#### 22D Obligations of approved participants when allocations are transferred (1) This regulation applies if an allocation is transferred from an approved participant (the original approved participant) to another person or entity (the gaining approved participant). (2) The original approved participant must give to the gaining approved participant any information that is: (a) requested by the Secretary; and (b) relevant to the administration of the Scheme. (3) The information must be given within 21 days after the request is made.
