#### 22C Contracts do not prevent transfers A contract has no effect to the extent that the contract prohibits or prevents an investor from, or penalises an investor for: (a) requesting the transfer of an allocation; or (b) assisting with, or supporting in any way, a request for the transfer of an allocation.
