35 Requests to change location, style etc. of dwelling not decided before commencement

(1) This regulation applies if: (a) an application had been made under regulation 21A (previous regulation 21A) of these Regulations, as in force immediately before the commencement of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the National Rental Affordability Scheme Amendment (Provisional Allocations and Other Measures) Regulation 2014; and (b) the application had not been decided before that commencement. (2) The Secretary must decide the application in accordance with previous regulation 21A as if that regulation had not been repealed.
