#### 50 Ministerial briefing This section covers disclosure necessary to brief a Minister covered by subsection 43(2): (a) so that that Minister can: (i) consider complaints or issues raised by or on behalf of a person with that Minister (in writing or orally) about institutional child sexual abuse; and (ii) respond to that person in relation to the complaints or issues; or (b) for a meeting or forum relating to institutional child sexual abuse that that Minister is to attend; or (c) in relation to issues about institutional child sexual abuse raised or proposed to be raised publicly by or on behalf of the person to whom the information disclosed relates so that that Minister can respond by correcting a mistake of fact, a misleading perception or impression, or a misleading statement.
