#### 40 Simplified outline of this Part In certifying that disclosure of certain protected information about a person is in the public interest (enabling it to be disclosed), the Operator must have regard to the impact of the disclosure on the person and be satisfied that: (a) the information cannot reasonably be obtained from a source other than the Department and the Human Services Department; and (b) the disclosure will occur in certain circumstances (such as law enforcement, Ministerial briefing and inquiries into the person dying or going missing); and (c) the person to whom the information will be disclosed has a proper interest in the information.
