#### 27 Responsible institution’s share of costs of counselling and psychological component (1) For the purposes of subsection 31(3) of the Act, this section prescribes how the amount that is a responsible institution’s share of the costs of the counselling and psychological component of redress for a person is to be worked out. (2) The amount of the share must be worked out using the formula in subsection (3) and, if the result of the formula is not a whole number of cents, rounded up to the next whole number of cents. The modifications apply for working out every responsible institution’s share of the costs of the counselling and psychological component of redress for the person (even the share of a responsible institution other than the participating government institution).
