33 The assessment framework policy guidelines (1) The Operator may take into account the assessment framework policy guidelines when applying the assessment framework for the purposes of sections 30 and 31. (2) The Minister may, in writing, make guidelines for the purposes of applying the assessment framework. (3) The guidelines are the assessment framework policy guidelines. (4) The guidelines are not a legislative instrument.
