23  Notice of a withdrawal to participating institutions  (a) a person withdraws an application under subsection 22(1); and  (b) before the withdrawal, the Operator had requested a participating institution under section 25 to provide information that may be relevant to the application; then the Operator must give the institution written notice that the person has withdrawn the application.  (2) The notice must also comply with any requirements prescribed by the rules.
