201  Application of amendments made by Schedule 1 to the amending Act   The amendments made by Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the amending Act apply in relation to:  (a) an application made on or after the commencement of this section; or  (b) an application made before that commencement, if:  (i) the application was not withdrawn before that commencement; and  (ii) the Operator did not make a determination to approve, or not approve, the application under section 29 of this Act before that commencement.
