60 Receipt of gifts
(1) The Corporation may accept a gift of money if the nominated Minister authorises the Corporation, by written notice given to the Board, to accept the gift. (2) The Corporation may accept a gift of one or more equity interests if: (a) the equity interests could have been acquired by the Corporation; and (b) the nominated Minister authorises the Corporation, by written notice given to the Board, to accept the gift.
