25 Resignation of Board members
(1) A Board member may resign the member’s appointment by giving the Ministers a written resignation. (2) The resignation takes effect on: (a) the day it is received by the Ministers (or if the Ministers receive it on different days, the later of those days); or (b) if a later day is specified in the resignation—on that later day.
