8 Company is not the Crown
Neither the Company, nor any of its subsidiaries: (a) is, or represents, the Crown; or (b) is an instrumentality or agency of the Crown; or (c) is entitled to any immunity or privilege of the Crown; or (d) is a public authority for any purpose (for example, the purposes of the Corporations Act 2001 or section 50‑25 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997).
