#### 15 Formalities relating to Minister’s declarations (1) A copy of a declaration under subsection 14(2) or (4) must be published in the Gazette within 7 days of the declaration being made. (2) Failure to comply with subsection (1) of this section, or subsection 5(2), 6(4), 8(1) or 9(5), does not invalidate a declaration.
