34 Delegations by Director
(1) This section applies to a delegation to a person of a power of the Director under section 25 of the old instrument if: (a) the delegation was in force immediately before the commencement time; and (b) at the commencement time, the person is a staff member mentioned in section 41 of the Act. (2) The delegation has effect from the commencement time as if it were: (a) a delegation of the equivalent power under this instrument; and (b) made under section 27 of this instrument.
