27 Delegations by Director

(1) The Director may, in writing, delegate the Director’s powers and functions under this instrument (other than this power of delegation) to an employee who is: (a) either: (i) a staff member mentioned in section 41 of the Act; or (ii) a person whose services are made available to the Gallery under section 42 of the Act; and (b) any of the following: (i) classified as Executive Level 2; (ii) acting in a position usually occupied by an employee who is classified as Executive Level 2; (iii) classified as Executive Level 1; (iv) acting in a position usually occupied by an employee who is classified as Executive Level 1. (2) A person exercising powers or performing functions under a delegation under subsection (1) must comply with any directions of the Director.
