29A Delegation by the Board
(1) The Board may, in writing, delegate its powers under section 11 to: (a) the Director; or (b) a Board member; or (c) an SES employee, or acting SES employee, of the Gallery.
Note: Sections 34AA to 34A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 contain provisions relating to delegations.
(2) In exercising a delegated power, the delegate must comply with any written directions of the Board. (3) The delegation continues in force despite a change in the membership of the Board. (4) The delegation may be varied or revoked by the Board (whether or not there has been a change in the membership of the Board).
