78K Prohibited disclosure of certain information in relation to declared land—the Act, s 155(2)(g) and (i)–(k)
> > (1) This clause applies to declared land in relation to which information is not required to be published under the Act, section 153G(3) (sensitive declared land).
>
> > (2) A person must not disclose information relating to sensitive declared land if the disclosure of the information—
> >
> > > (a) reveals the location of the sensitive declared land, or
> >
> > > (b) may risk the protection of the environmental and cultural values of the sensitive declared land.
> >
> > Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
>
> > (3) Subclause (2) does not apply if the disclosure is made—
> >
> > > (a) with the consent of the Secretary and in accordance with any conditions to which the consent is subject, or
> >
> > > (b) to another person in connection with the administration of the Act, Part 12A.
