> > (1) Meetings of the trustees must be conducted, as far as is practicable, in accordance with the procedures set out in Part 10 of the [Local Government (General) Regulation 2005](/view/html/repealed/current/sl-2005-0487).

> > (2) A resolution that has been passed by the trustees must not be altered or rescinded except by a motion to that effect of which at least 7 days’ written notice has been given to each trustee.
