43 Orders requiring that premises not be used in specified ways
> > (1) The Secretary may, if an activity conducted on premises constitutes or is likely to constitute a threat to the health of the public in the park, order the person apparently engaged in promoting, conducting or carrying out the activity not to conduct, or to cease conducting, the activity.

> > (2) A person to whom an order under this clause is given must not fail to comply with the order.
> >
> > Maximum penalty—30 penalty units.
>
> > (3) If the person fails to comply with the order, the Secretary may—

> > > (a) order the person to cease the use of the premises or to evacuate the premises, and

> > > (b) order any other person or persons to leave the premises or not to enter the premises.
