42 Orders relating to premises used for shared accommodation
(1) The Secretary may, if premises used for shared accommodation do not comply with the standards set out in Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Local Government (General) Regulation 2005, order the occupier of the premises to take the action that is necessary to bring the premises into compliance with those standards.
(2) A person to whom an order under this clause is given must not fail to comply with the order.
Maximum penalty—30 penalty units.
