#### 42 Orders relating to premises used for shared accommodation 42 Orders relating to premises used for shared accommodation > > (1) The Secretary may, if premises used for shared accommodation do not comply with the standards set out in Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the [Local Government (General) Regulation 2005](/view/html/repealed/current/sl-2005-0487), order the occupier of the premises to take the action that is necessary to bring the premises into compliance with those standards. > > > (2) A person to whom an order under this clause is given must not fail to comply with the order. > > > > Maximum penalty—30 penalty units.
