#### 41 Orders requiring the doing of things to or on premises 41 Orders requiring the doing of things to or on premises > > (1) The Secretary may, if it is necessary or expedient to do so in the interests of public health, order the occupier of premises to repair or make structural alterations to the premises (including the renewal or repair of a roof) or to erect a fence between the land on which the premises are located and an adjoining place that is open to the public. > > > (2) A person to whom an order under this clause is given must not fail to comply with the order. > > > > Maximum penalty—30 penalty units.
