##### 38A Appointment of wildlife inspectors
The Director may, by instrument in writing, appoint:
(a) an officer of, or employee in, the Service; or
(b) an officer or employee referred to in section 36;
as a wildlife inspector.
> Note: Section 44F confers powers on wildlife inspectors.
