14E Appointment of members of Boards
(1) The Minister may, by instrument in writing, appoint to an office of member of a Board a person who satisfies the relevant preconditions in relation to that office. (2) Where an office of member of a Board becomes vacant, the Minister shall appoint a person to that office in accordance with subsection (1) as soon as practicable after that office becomes vacant. (3) A member of a Board holds office on such terms and conditions (if any) in respect of matters not provided for by this Act as are determined by the Minister.
