90I Conditions of suspension, revocation or surrender
> > (1) The Secretary may, by notice in writing, impose conditions on the suspension or revocation of, or the approval of the surrender of, an Aboriginal heritage impact permit.
>
> > (2) Those conditions may include (but are not limited to) any conditions to which the permit was subject immediately before it was suspended, revoked or surrendered.

> > (3) The Secretary may, by notice in writing, impose new conditions on, or vary or revoke any existing conditions of, the suspension, revocation or surrender of the permit.
