#### 77 Plans of management—alterations and amendments 77 Plans of management—alterations and amendments > > (1) This clause applies in relation to an amendment, alteration or substitution of a plan of management under section 73B(7). > > > (2) The period of 45 days within which representations may be made that applied immediately before the commencement under section 73B(7) continues to apply to the amendment, alteration or substitution, if notice has been given under section 73A before the commencement. > > > (3) In this clause— > > > > commencement means the commencement of the amending Act, Schedule 1.2\[6\].
