(1) This clause applies to the land identified as “land to be revoked and ultimately acquired for road purposes” in the document Sketch 2219, dated 6 April 2022 and held in the Department, being land with an area of about 0.3 hectares in the Corramy Regional Park.
(2) The reservation under this Act of the land as a regional park is revoked.
