47I Restrictions on dealing with land in state conservation areas
> > (1) Despite anything in this or any other Act, land within a state conservation area is not to be dealt with except as provided under this Act.

> > (2) Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), land within a state conservation area is not to be dedicated, reserved or otherwise dealt with under Parts 2 and 3 of the [Crown Land Management Act 2016](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2016-058).
