> The [Soil Conservation Act 1938](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1938-010) applies to and in respect of lands within a national park or historic site, but any experimental or research work conducted pursuant to section 6 of that Act upon those lands shall be undertaken only with the concurrence of the Secretary and subject to such conditions and restrictions as the Secretary may impose.
