#### 30C Limitations on reservation of land as national park, historic site regional park, karst conservation reserve, nature reserve or Aboriginal area 30C Limitations on reservation of land as national park, historic site regional park, karst conservation reserve, nature reserve or Aboriginal area > Despite section 30B, land must not be reserved as a national park, historic site, regional park, karst conservation reserve, nature reserve or Aboriginal area— > > > (a) in the case of lands of the Crown, without the concurrence in writing of the Minister or public authority in whom or which they are vested, and > > > (b) in the case of Crown lands referred to in paragraph (b) of the definition of Crown lands, without the concurrence in writing of the Minister administering the [Fisheries Management Act 1994](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1994-038), and > > > (c) in the case of Crown-timber lands within the meaning of the [Forestry Act 2012](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2012-096), without the concurrence in writing of the Minister administering that Act. > > **s 30C:** Ins 2001 No 130, Sch 1 \[26\].
