#### 187 Administration of existing interests in reserved land
187 Administration of existing interests in reserved land
> > (1) In this section, existing interest means a lease, licence, permit, authority, authorisation or occupancy under the [Forestry Act 2012](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2012-096) or Crown land Acts—
> >
> > > (a) in relation to land reserved under this Act immediately before the commencement of this section—in force on that commencement, or
> >
> > > (b) in relation to land reserved under this Act on or after the commencement of this section—in force at the date on which the land was so reserved.
>
> > (2) The administration of matters relating to existing interests, to the extent that those interests affect any land reserved under this Act, is vested in the Minister.
>
> > (3) For the purposes of subsection (2), the Minister has—
> >
> > > (a) in respect of existing interests under the [Forestry Act 2012](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2012-096), the powers of the Minister administering that Act and of the Forestry Corporation, and
> >
> > > (b) in respect of existing interests under the Crown land Acts, the powers of the Minister administering the [Crown Land Management Act 2016](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2016-058).

> > > (c), (d) (Repealed)

> > (4) In this section—
> >
> > Crown land Acts means each of the following—
> >
> > > (a) the [Crown Land Management Act 2016](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2016-058),
> >
> > > (b) the [Crown Lands Act 1989](/view/html/repealed/current/act-1989-006),
> >
> > > (c) the [Crown Lands (Continued Tenures) Act 1989](/view/html/repealed/current/act-1989-007),
> >
> > > (d) the [Western Lands Act 1901](/view/html/repealed/current/act-1901-070).
