157 Requirement to state name and address
> > (1) The Secretary or any officer of the Service, or any person duly authorised by the Minister in that behalf, may require a person whom he or she suspects on reasonable grounds to be offending against this Act or the regulations to state the person’s full name and residential address.

> > (2) The Secretary, any officer of the Service duly authorised by the Secretary in that behalf or any person duly authorised by the Minister in that behalf may require the driver of a motor vehicle in a national park, historic site, state conservation area, regional park, nature reserve or Aboriginal area to produce his or her driver licence and to state his or her full name and residential address.

> > > (a) fail or refuse to comply with a requirement under subsection (1) or (2), or

> > > (b) in purported compliance with such a requirement, state a name that is not the person’s name or an address that is not the person’s residential address.
