Tasmania regulation
This order names the official emblem images the Director may use under section 11 of the National Parks and Reserves Management Act 2002, allows the Director to use them in any colours, and revokes the 1976 emblem order. It affects the Director (who decides which emblems are official) and anyone who produces or reproduces park branding — those parties bear the cost and compliance risk of adopting or updating materials to match the authorised emblems.
