### 88A Code of practice for managing fires in reserved land > [*\[Section 88A Inserted by No. 54 of 2008, s. 5, Applied:16 Dec 2008\]*](/view/html/inforce/2008-12-16/act-2008-054#GS5@EN) The Minister may approve a code of practice for the purposes of providing practical guidance to – > > > > (a) the managing authority in respect of its functions in relation to preventing, managing or controlling fire in reserved land, having regard to the management objectives for that reserved land; and > > > > > (b) any other person involved in the undertaking of any such functions.
