Part 1A—Bay of Islands Coastal Park
All those pieces and parcels of land containing 950 hectares, more or less, situate in the Parishes of Mepunga, Nirranda and Narrawaturk, County of Heytesbury, being the land delineated and bordered red excepting therefrom the roads shown as excluded in the plan lodged in the Central Plan Office and numbered N.P. 101.

Part 2—Yallock–Bulluk Marine and Coastal Park
All those pieces and parcels of land containing 3615 hectares, more or less, situated partly in the Parishes of Kirrak, Wonthaggi and Woolamai, Counties of Buln Buln and Mornington, being the land delineated and coloured pink or coloured yellow or coloured blue in the plans lodged in the Central Plan Office and numbered N.P. 122 and N.P. 122A excepting any land between high water mark and 1000 metres seawards of high water mark forming part of the park described in Part 1 of Schedule Seven.
