28 Rights to cease—roads—Brisbane Ranges National Park
On the commencement of section 82 of the **Parks and Public Land Legislation Amendment (Central West and Other Matters) Act 2025**—
(a) the land delineated and coloured yellow on the plan lodged in the Central Plan Office and numbered N.P. 1A ceases to be a road or part of a road or road reserve; and
(b) all rights, easements and privileges existing or claimed either by the public or any body or person, as incident to the express or implied grant or past dedication or supposed dedication or any past user or operation of law or otherwise, in relation to the land delineated and coloured yellow on that plan, cease.

29 Rights to cease—roads—Kinglake National Park
On the commencement of section 84 of the **Parks and Public Land Legislation Amendment (Central West and Other Matters) Act 2025**—
(a) the land delineated and coloured yellow on the plans lodged in the Central Plan Office and numbered N.P. 8/11 and N.P. 8A/4 ceases to be a road or part of a road or road reserve; and
(b) all rights, easements and privileges existing or claimed either by the public or any body or person, as incident to the express or implied grant or past dedication or supposed dedication or any past user or operation of law or otherwise, in relation to the land delineated and coloured yellow on those plans, cease.

30 Rights to cease—roads—Cathedral Range State Park
On the commencement of section 86 of the **Parks and Public Land Legislation Amendment (Central West and Other Matters) Act 2025**—
(a) the land delineated and coloured yellow on the plan lodged in the Central Plan Office and numbered N.P. 41/3 ceases to be a road or part of a road or road reserve; and
(b) all rights, easements and privileges existing or claimed either by the public or any body or person, as incident to the express or implied grant or past dedication or supposed dedication or any past user or operation of law or otherwise, in relation to the land delineated and coloured yellow on that plan, cease.

31 Rights to cease—roads—Gippsland Lakes Coastal Park
On the commencement of section 87 of the **Parks and Public Land Legislation Amendment (Central West and Other Matters) Act 2025**—
(a) the land delineated and coloured yellow on the plan lodged in the Central Plan Office and numbered N.P. 46A/8 ceases to be a road or part of a road or road reserve; and
(b) all rights, easements and privileges existing or claimed either by the public or any body or person, as incident to the express or implied grant or past dedication or supposed dedication or any past user or operation of law or otherwise, in relation to the land delineated and coloured yellow on that plan, cease.

1 Definitions
In this Schedule—
2 Native Title not affected by the National Parks (Additions and Other Amendments) Act 2004
(1) The amendments made to this Act by the **National Parks (Additions and Other Amendments) Act 2004** are not intended
to affect native title rights and interests.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply in any case where native title rights and interests are affected or are authorised to be affected by or under the Native Title Act 1993 of the Commonwealth.
