8 Preservation of existing licences, permits and other authorities—Pyrenees National Park Despite anything to the contrary in this Act, any licence, permit or other authority over any part of the land described in Part 51 of Schedule Two that was granted or issued under the **Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978**, the **Forests Act 1958** or the **Land Act 1958** and that is in force immediately before the commencement of Division 2 of Part 8 of the **Parks and Public Land Legislation Amendment (Central West and Other Matters) Act 2025** continues in force on and after that commencement subject to— Division 3—Wombat‑Lerderderg National Park Sch. 1 Pt 2 cl. 9 inserted by No. 47/2025 s. 114.
