47A Compensation for damage to parks
Where any person is convicted of an offence against this Act or the regulations under this Act, the person may in addition to any penalty or imprisonment imposed be ordered by the court to pay compensation for damage to any rock or other natural feature of the park or to any building structure facility or thing in the park caused by the commission of the offence.
