32OAccess rights—French Island Marine National Park

32O Access rights—French Island Marine National Park (1) The Minister may grant to a person who holds a fee-simple interest in land on French Island any rights of access to that land over the park that are, in the Minister's opinion, reasonable. (3) For the purpose of allowing a person to exercise a right of access under subsection (1), the Minister may exempt that person from any regulation made under this Act affecting the park.
