32K Control and management of structures and installations in designated water supply catchment areas S. 32K(1) amended by No. 19/2018 s. 201. (1) The managing water authority for a designated water supply catchment area may manage and control any structures and installations (other than those built or installed by the Secretary or Parks Victoria) in the area. (2) For the purposes of giving effect to subsection (1), the managing water authority may operate, repair, replace, maintain, remove, connect, disconnect or do any other thing necessary to manage or control a structure or installation. (3) In this section ***structures and installations*** includes, but is not limited to, dam walls, reservoirs, weirs, tunnels, roads, tracks, buildings, towers and fences.
