30M Works under water licences for certain parks A licence under section 51 or 67 of the **Water Act 1989** that authorises the construction, installation, operation, alteration, removal or decommissioning of works on any part of the land described in Part 38, 40, 46, 47, 48 or 49 of Schedule Two, Part 37 of Schedule Two B, Part 11, 16, 17 or 18 of Schedule Three or Part 1 of Schedule Nine must not be issued except with the consent of the Minister and subject to any conditions the Minister thinks fit to impose.
