30E Change of name of Murray–Sunset National Park (1) If, after consulting groups of Aboriginal people who, in the Minister's opinion, have an interest in the area, the Minister considers it appropriate to do so, the Minister, with the approval of the Place Names Committee established under the **Survey Co-ordination Act 1958**, may recommend to the Governor in Council that the name in the heading to Part 38 of Schedule Two be added to or that another name be substituted. (2) The Governor in Council, by Order published in the Government Gazette may amend Part 38 of Schedule Two in accordance with the Minister's recommendation. S. 30F inserted by No. 7/1997 s. 21.
