27K Making submissions on suspension S. 27K(1) amended by Nos 19/2018 s. 191(1), 42/2021 s. 125(1). (1) The holder of a tour operator licence whose licence has been suspended under section 27J may make written submissions in respect of that suspension to the body that granted the licence (either Parks Victoria or the Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority) within the period specified in the notice of suspension of licence. S. 27K(2) amended by Nos 19/2018 s. 191(2), 42/2021 s. 125(2). (2) Parks Victoria or the Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority (as the case may be) must review the decision to suspend the licence on receipt of any submissions made under subsection (1). (3) In carrying out a review under subsection (2), Parks Victoria or the Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority— (a) must have regard to the submissions made under subsection (1); and (b) may decide to continue, revoke or amend the suspension.
