16F Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority's performance and exercise of functions and powers The Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority may only perform a function or exercise a power under this Act to the extent that it relates to the land managed under this Act for which the Great Ocean Road Coast and Parks Authority is appointed as land manager under— (a) an Order under section 16C(1); or Pt 3 (Heading) amended by No. 38/1989 s. 18(3)(c). Part III—National parks, State parks and other parks Pt 3 Div. 1 (Heading) amended by No. 38/1989 s. 18(3)(d).
