(a) Lot 2 DP 1100358,
(b) the land shown coloured pink on sheets 2 and 5 of the plan numbered DP 1075211 that is held by the Department of Environment and Climate Change.
An area of about 36 hectares, being the land designated as 867-03 on the diagram catalogued Misc R 00087 (Third Edition) in the New South Wales National Parks and Wildlife Service, subject to any variations or exceptions noted on that diagram.
An area of about 82 hectares, being the land shown coloured orange on sheets 4 and 7 of the plan numbered DP 1075211 that is held by the Department of Environment and Conservation.
