6 Delayed transfer of certain former State forests to national park estate
> > (1) In this section:
> >
> > delayed transfer date, in relation to any land described in Schedule 2, means:
> >
> > > (a) 1 July 2006, except as provided by paragraph (b), or
> >
> > > (b) such earlier date as is appointed by proclamation in relation to the land.
>
> > (2) The reservation of land by section 5 does not have effect in relation to any land described in Schedule 2 until the delayed transfer date.
>
> > (3) The revocation of a dedication, notice or notification by section 4 does not have effect in relation to any land described in Schedule 2 until the delayed transfer date.
>
> > (4) Land described in Schedule 2 cannot be disposed of or leased under the [Forestry Act 1916](/view/html/repealed/current/act-1916-055) before the delayed transfer date.
>
> > (5) The following licences and permits cannot be issued in respect of land described in Schedule 2 before the delayed transfer date, without the approval of the Director-General of National Parks and Wildlife:
> >
> > > (a) a products licence under section 27B of the [Forestry Act 1916](/view/html/repealed/current/act-1916-055),
> >
> > > (b) a forest materials licence under section 27C of the [Forestry Act 1916](/view/html/repealed/current/act-1916-055),
> >
> > > (c) a grazing permit under section 31 of the [Forestry Act 1916](/view/html/repealed/current/act-1916-055),
> >
> > > (d) an occupation permit under section 31 of the [Forestry Act 1916](/view/html/repealed/current/act-1916-055),
> >
> > > (e) a special purposes permit under section 32F of the [Forestry Act 1916](/view/html/repealed/current/act-1916-055).

> > (6) This section has effect despite anything to the contrary in this or any other Act.
