11 Establishment of the National Registry
(1) The Commonwealth must establish and keep a registry to be called the National Occupational Respiratory Disease Registry. (2) The National Registry may be kept by electronic means. (3) Parts of the National Registry may be kept separate from each other, and be called different names. (4) The National Registry is not a legislative instrument.
