64Delegation

#### 64 Delegation (1) The Commission may, either generally or as otherwise provided by the instrument of delegation, by writing under its common seal, delegate to a person or to the Executive all or any of its powers under this Act or any other law, other than this power of delegation. (2) A power so delegated, when exercised by the delegate, shall, for the purposes of this Act or that law, be deemed to have been exercised by the Commission. (3) A delegate under subsection (1) is, in the exercise of a power so delegated, subject to the directions of the Commission. (4) A delegation under this section does not prevent the exercise of a power by the Commission.
