25Committees of Commission

#### 25 Committees of Commission (1) The Commission may constitute such other committees as it thinks necessary for the purposes of this Act. (2) A committee may be constituted: (a) wholly by members of the Commission; (b) wholly by persons other than members of the Commission; or (c) partly by members of the Commission and partly by other persons. (3) The Commission may determine, in relation to a committee constituted pursuant to this section: (a) the manner in which the committee is to perform its functions; and (b) the procedure to be followed at or in relation to meetings of the committee, including matters with respect to: (i) the convening of meetings of the committee; (ii) the number of members of the committee that constitutes a quorum; (iii) the selection of a member of the committee to preside at meetings of the committee at which the chairperson of the committee is not present; and (iv) the manner in which questions arising at a meeting of the committee are to be decided. (4) A committee shall keep minutes of its proceedings.
